The first launch needs one extra step

These builds are not code-signed or notarized yet, so Windows and macOS will warn you the first time you open the app. Nothing is wrong with the download. Here is exactly what you will see and what to click.

macOS

Windows

Linux · AppImage

Linux · Debian package

Code signing certificates are in progress. Until then these warnings are expected.

After you install

No account and no API key to get started. Ollama gives you a free local model, so your first run costs nothing.

01

Install and open

Run the installer, open the Studio, and land straight on an empty canvas.

02

Drop in two agents

Place a couple of agents on the canvas and connect them into a workflow.

03

Press Run

Watch the run stream through the canvas step by step, live.

04

Add keys later, or not

A provider key or Phorma Cloud sign-in is optional and comes whenever you want it.

Updates arrive on their own

Phorma Agent Studio updates itself in place, so this page is only needed for the first install. The product is in beta and new builds land often on the stable channel. Your workflows and settings are preserved across updates.

System requirements

  • A 64-bit machine. There are no 32-bit or ARM Windows builds.

  • Windows 10 or later, x64.

  • macOS or later, Apple Silicon or Intel.

  • A 64-bit Linux desktop with WebKitGTK available.

  • Roughly 300 MB of free disk space.

  • Local Ollama or Agent Studio models sizes vary depending on model

  • Internet access only for cloud model providers and deployment. Local runs against Ollama work offline.

API keys are stored in your operating system keychain. In the desktop build they never leave your machine.

Workflows are saved locally as portable JSON, so you can read them, diff them, and move them.

No telemetry is required to use the app. Nothing about your runs has to be reported anywhere.

Something not working, or a build refusing to open? Report it to the team and we will take a look.
